Follow the main road through Seaton until you reach a roundabout. The sea front will be in front of you and Woolworth's on your left. Take the second exit off this roundabout (B374) keeping the sea to your left.

Proceed up the hill until the road bends sharply to the left at a junction. Follow the road through the left bend and up a gentle slope until it levels out on a right hand bend and starts to slope downhill. There is a field on your left overlooking the sea, shortly followed by the entrance to Picton House.
